EBU Scientific Forum 

The official in-person general meeting of all European Bioeconomy University Alliance’s (EBU) representatives is held biennially in combination with a scientific forum. The EBU’s Scientific Forum provides a European platform to strengthen EBU’s coordination and engagement, while also fostering networking and intensifying collaborations between the different stakeholders involved in the bioeconomy field on the European level. The event is hosted by the university that chairs the presidency of EBU.

    The EBSF2025 will be held in Joensuu, Finland on 11-13 June 2025, organised by UEF.

Past Scientific Forums

  • EBSF2023
    The EBSF2023 was held in Vienna on 6-8 September 2023 and was organised by BOKU.

    The EBU Scientific Forum 2021 was held online on 22-23 September and was organised by UHOH.
