EBU introduces its Global Collaboration Framework

The European Bioeconomy University (EBU) Alliance has introduced its Global Collaboration Framework, outlining its strategic approach to strengthening international partnerships while maintaining its primary focus on Europe.

Recognising that bioeconomy value chains and sustainability challenges are global in scope, the Framework aims to connect the Alliance’s European bioeconomy expertise with knowledge and perspectives from other regions to support joint bio-based solutions and mutually beneficial cooperation.

The Framework sets out EBU’s priorities for developing global collaboration, including engagement with international networks and partners. It promotes collaboration in education, research, innovation and policy dialogue. Through these activities, the Framework aims to contribute to sustainable and circular bioeconomy transitions while strengthening European bioeconomy knowledge and innovation capacity.
